These individual coaching sessions provide deep self-exploration, allowing you to tune into your inner wisdom. I will develop a customized plan that combines trauma-informed mindfulness practices, self-compassion and somatic exercises to help you reduce stress, break generational cycles and show up as the person and mom you want to be.

    Online Group Membership -The Peace and Presence Parent Collective

    This an online membership for parents seeking more peace, presence, and patience. It offers virtual gatherings, guided mindfulness practices, and interactive discussions to provide ongoing support and practical tools. Members gain access to resources that help manage stress, enhance parenting, and foster a balanced approach to family life, all within a supportive community.

    Live Group Programs-Mindful Parenting

    This 8-week program offers a nurturing space for parents to connect with themselves and deepen their mindfulness practices while exploring effective parenting strategies. Participants will engage in guided mindfulness exercises, share experiences, and gain practical tools to enhance their parenting approach, fostering a more present and connected relationship with their children.
